My friend\'s kid is in the 5th grade and does not have basic math skills. She counts on her fingers to do simple subtraction. She\'s not stupid, just needs help. She\'s mixed ethnically so your Masters will help. She\'s not my kid but it pains me to see her fall this far behind. So if you could come down in your hourly it would help.
