NCLEX Pn in NJ

I was wondering how much experience you have preparing for the NCLEX PN? I have a friend who has taken the boards twice the second time did much better. However, my concern she is that the content isn't the problem but her test taking skills are: how to find key words, wean out the distractors etc. Now the PN test just changed April 1st and the main area she has had difficulty with on this last test was prioritizing. I really think this is related to picking out those key words. Are you used to tutoring in the PN area and are you aware of the new test plan that has just changed? If you are not do yu know someone who may be able to tutor in this area.
