Hi Diana, I'm impressed that you have a MPA degree with strong analytical and writing skills. I believe you are the tutor that I'm looking for. I live in S. I'm having my final class to complete my MPA program but I'm very burnt out and my elderly father has been v sick and I believe that has created additional burden as I'm working full time during the day.
