randy, my dad just got an iMac. he's 84, and used to working on a PC. he really only wants to be able to do email, search the web, print documents, etc. also, he needs to be able to talk to my sister and i on iChat and Skype, because we are out of town. whoever set his computer up in his house in scottsdale did NOT get him up and running on these issues. can you work with him ASAP?
