I am an adult at an upper intermediate skill level in Spanish. I need to gain fluency in the language. I cannot find formal classes at this level in the evenings. I would like a tutor to meet me at a local library. I need someone to commit to a long term job teaching me what I need to become fluent in reading/writing and speaking the language.
