Spanish in Hanford, CA

Hi Carolyn- I'm an RN who deals with a lot more "Spanish only" patients than I expected to. I'd like to focus on taking a basic medical history, chief complaint and monitoring the patient's response to treatment. Not really looking for medical terminology as such. Have you ever worked with someone on this specific area? How would you recommend we proceed?
