Math in Springfield Gardens, NY

Hello, i read that it says you teach college level math but it also says algebra so my question is do you teach high school kids? Nine grader in a very advanced school. She has to go to summer school since she did not pass her geometry but also will be taking algebra 2 in the fall, is this something you can help her with or is not your area? Also where do you meet your students? And what is your fee? Thank you.
