Bar Exam in Los Angeles, CA

Hello Steven, I'm a foreign attorney, english is my second language and I haven't study any law in the States. I have been admitted to sit for the California bar exam. Actually, I took it last feb 2012 and offcourse I did not pass. But I wasn't expecting to pass. But I'm sitting again for Feb 2013 bar. And this time I'm passing. Therefore, I need your help!!! My problem are the essays. I cannot organized them correctly, moreover I cannot outline them. My organization is bad, and I'm assuming is also my grammar. Can you help me?
