Elementary Reading in Lehi, UT

My child is in the 4th grade. He struggles with reading. He did not pick up on 1st grade basic Phonics. He needs help on understanding the rules to the English language. I have had him tested and he is at a 2nd grade reading level. I have a detailed list of everything he is needs to work on.
