Microsoft Excel in Fort Dix, NJ

Hello, I am SSgt Lyons, I am in the Air Force stationed at McGuire AFB NJ. I have an Excel workbook that we use to keep track of our quarterly physical training tests. However, inputing this information every time can be a pain. So i was hoping that you could develop some formulas for us that make inputing this info alot easier. I can explain better over the phone.
