Organic Chemistry, Physics in Richmond, TX

Maksudur, I am currently in Organic Chemistry I and Physics I at University of Houston. I am a junior, pre med studet who has maintained a 4.0 thus far. However, just six months ago I gave birth to my first daughter and I seem to be struggling this semester. I received my first ever D+ on my first Orgo exam, and a 7 out of 16 (raw score) on my Physics one. I understand mainly everything in Orgo, yet there's a few things I could use clarification on. On the other hand, Physics always seems to make perfect sense to me in class, then when I try homework by myself I don't understand how to apply the equations to answer the problems.
