Math in Los Angeles, CA

Hi: I have a 12 years old daughter, she is in 7th grade, she in honors at Nobel Charter midddle school, and she strugling with : 1 first and most, she is to shy to ask to her teachers, and because of that... 2 She got a C in Math. 3 She got a C in English. I would like to know if you would be able to come home, or we have to go some place; the cost for both posibilities; how long would you recomend the tutoring, and all the information you can give me.
