I have a list of theses that i have to pick one and then find at the most 2 philosophers who agree and 2 who disagree with it. Aristotle, Plato, Descartes, Hume, Kant, Augustine, Locke, You must defend a particular thesis. Here are some examples you can choose from: The soul is distinct from the body. The soul is separable/inseparable from the body. We are most fundamentally a soul as understood by Plato/Aristotle (either/or, not both). We are most fundamentally our will and what we do with it. We are most fundamentally a mind with psychological continuity. We are most fundamentally what we do. We are most fundamentally free beings. We are most fundamentally economic beings. We are most fundamentally animals. There is nothing constant characterizing our experience. I just need some refreshment, as well as some guidance.
