Reading (dyslexia) in Houston, TX

I have three children that all seem to be struggling with reading. One child has been diagnosed with Dyslexia, he is 12 yrs and my 15yr old just revealed that he to is struggling and I working with my 7 yr girl who seems to struggling as well, not sure what all I have done wrong as the parent, but at this point I need help and I need it fast.
