USMLE Step 2 CK in Chicago, IL

Hi, My name is Manesha or you can call me N.. I'm an IMG from Indonesia and currently preparing for my step 2 CK in Chicago. I have been not quite satisfied with my preparation so far, I think I might need some professional guidance. I took the Kaplan Live Lecture and been studying by myself for approx 1 month by doing Kaplan QBank averaging 68% and I've done around 50% of it. Today I took the NBME form 2 and I am so devastated by the result I got, which is 480. I did okay in step 1 (253), and i think it will look really bad in my CV if I get a lower score in CK. The thing is I do feel like I'm missing a lot of important concepts especially in Surgery, Pediatric, Gastro, Endocrinology and Psychiatry. Do you think you can help me? Thanks
