TOEFL in San Bernardino, CA

Hi David, I have a nephew who will be visiting us from Peru. He is wanting to study to take the TOEFL. He would like to pass this test as it would be of great help to him on a job resume when he goes back home. Can you tell me a bit about how you would go about helping him attain this goal? Can you also give us an idea of your experience in teaching a student to prepare for this particular test? How often per week would you feel it necessary to meet with him in order for him to pass the test? What method do you use to evaluate what level of understanding he is at prior to starting the tutoring? He will only be here through March and would very much like to take the exam before leaving.
