Help Needed for 10y/o Son in Summerville, SC

I am a full time home hospice nurse and my husband works shift as electrician at Alcoa. My 10 y/o son needs help developing after school study routine. His grades are slipping and we can't get him to focus on homework when he comes home at 2:30. He has attended various after school programs, but they were not helpful with homework and just more distracting. We desperately need someone to help and encourage Benjamin to keep on track with his homework from 2:30-4:30 possibly 2-4 times a week.
