ADHD in Cumming, GA

Hi Carrie, My grandson's teacher has just told his parents that she thinks he has ADHD. He is in the first grade. I am curious as to what your recommendations would be to determine if the diagnosis is correct or if he has some other issues that are making him not pay attention in school. I thought perhaps a summer tutor would be a big help, but I know very little about the issue. Any guidance you could give us would be greatly appreciated.
