Questions?

Reading in El Paso, TX

Hello I am desperate for help, my son is about to be 12 yrs old is currently in 6th grade in Alarcon Elem, in San Elizario Tx . My son has been struggling with school this year, has been staying in tutoring but hasn't been helping him. He's having a hard time concentrating, mind wonders, gets bored real fast and seems that what he reads he forgets, his teachers are calling me cause we need to help him he is also very quiet so its very hard for me to speak with him and have him tell me what he needs help with. Please help.. I don't have alot of money but i would like to know how many sessions He would need to catch up, I'm affraid he will not pass the end of school test . Thank you for your time.
