I am currently taking a real estate finance class, and I would like to get extra tutoring. I need a tutor who is comfortable applying financial concepts, to real estate finance - in terms of computing NPVs for rental cash flows, IRRs, property valuation, loan amortization, new monthly payments when loans are repaid early, etc? These are the topics I am covering in my real estate finance class, and I fell like I am not keeping up. My mid-term will be based on doing all calculations with my HP12-C. I need a lot of practice and I need the concepts explained to me in simple terms. I'd like to review my class homework problems and have my tutor give me additional problems to solve, based on the topics that I am covering in class.
