Calculus in Portola Valley, CA

I am currently in need of an AP Calculus tutor for a senior boy. The sessions would need to be in-home in Portola Valley, 4 to 5 times per week for 1 to 2 hours each session. I need someone who is good with motivating a teenager, can be strict if necessary, and is adept at determining when he actually understands the concept. He currently has a "D" in the class and needs to raise his grade as high as possible (it absolutely can't be in the "D" range). I'm willing to pay up to $60 per hour based on your qualifications.
