Garageband in Campbell, CA

I am a beginning Drum P. ( got an electronic drum set for last Christmas). I also enjoy keyboard but I play by ear and do not read music well. I am enrolled in an adult band as the Base Drum P. and can struggle through reading most of the drum music we play. However, I would like to improve my music skills using Garageband to record my playing and to input the other instrument parts so I can play along with the song and have . Garageband notate so I can hear the other parts and check against the conductor score. I've not been successful since the Tempo, Timesignature, and Key change during the same song. Also, I have much to learn about how to edit songs in Garageband. I would like some pointers on how to manually input music and how to edit music with lots of mistakes. I live in Campbell but often travel to Watsonville. I prefer not to give my name at this time but I would like to talk with you to see if we have a good match for instruction.
