Spelling and Reading in Fenton, MO

I am a single mother of a 13 year old. An she is in the 6 Th grade. that is need of help with spelling ,reading, phonics, She is not passing right now and really needs the help. looking for 2 days a week about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. per day. I am trying to stay in my budget of $20. Per hr. Prefer my home. No distractions. Hours that I would like is 5-7pm on Tuesdays /Wednesdays.
