Final Cut Pro in Portland, OR

Hi there, My name is D. T. and I'm a Communications major at PSU. I just got an internship that will include producing videos on endangered species and such. I used to make videos with iMovie on a Mac years ago, but haven't done any video editing or shooting for years, and currently only own a PC. My new boss says I can work on either a Mac or PC at work, and that they will purchase whatever video editing software I need for production. So, I'm hoping I can have a discussion with you regarding how I should approach this. Also, I'm hoping you can help tutor me on whatever platform I'll be working on (which sort of seems to be my choice). I start April 1 (just found out yesterday about this), so am on a pretty tight schedule. Are you available to discuss this and maybe work with me next week? My contact info: D. T.
