Questions?

English in Los Angeles, CA

I have recently gone back to school, it is truely hard for me to grasp the concept of things. English was always my worst subject in High School and I need good grades to get into the medical program. I am not a good writer, I don't read much, and suck at essays. My grades are not very good. I try so hard and just can not get above a B. Please help me. Also, I'm not sure if I can pay for more than a few hours.
