Singing Teacher / Song Writer in Marina Del Rey, CA

I need help finding my song voice and train it, (if I have one) as I need to sing a song for charity (record it) and have never done it before I do not have the biggest budget and need somebody who can help me learn how to sing and perhaps help develop/write the song also. I know most charge $50-60 hr for lessons but that is a bit to much for me at this time just fyi;-)
