USMLE in Locust Valley, NY

Hello Dr. Flora, My name is M. and i am planning on taking my Step 1 exam by the middle of June, and i am in need of some extra help. Having come from a Carribbean Med school i am having problems with some basic concepts and ideas. I have done U World Q bank twice and I have been studying out of the First Aid as well.
