ACT in Lorain, OH

My daughter is need of help passing her ACT. Recently she took her first ACT test and failed miserably. She received the following scores: English (13) - Usage/Mechanics 07, Rhetorical skills 06; Reading (13) - Social Studies /Sciences (04), Arts/Literature (08). Not sure if you would be able to get her to at least a 23+ for these area or not. Please let me know.
