USMLE in Bremerton, WA

Hi, I currently finished my 5th semester at Xavier university in aruba and i'm preparing for step one and I need a tutor. I am thinking about taking step one end of October and I really need help on certain topics that I am currently not too comfortable in. I would like someone who could focus on those topics as well as give me high yield information for step one. I would like to know how your tutoring approach is and whether you go over practice questions as well, because that would really help.
