C#, MS Visio in Baton Rouge, LA

just brainstorming....., I'm a retired chemical engineer. I used to be involved in process control using proprietary programming languages. However, I was never involved using any of the C languages (or Java), or developing/programming websites. I sometimes wish, for a hobby, as developing an engineering website where engineering style calculations could be performed, and results displayed graphically etc... I envisioned using C# (or equivalent) and linking to Microsoft VISIO as the graphic interface. First question, is this something you could handle? Second, since cash is tight, I could handle a limited number of tutored hours, however, IF you (or friend/client) has an interest in bartering, then we could extend the tutoring. I own 2 ranches in Texas, either for vacationing or for hunting. Any intererst? And what is your $rate/hr? Any additional comments would be appreciated.
