Elementary in New Oxford, PA

HI Bryan, I'm helping a friend in trying to find a tutor for his 7 year old son. He has problems in trying to comprehend with reading and mathmatics. He will be entering 2nd grade in the fall but the teachers at school feel he should be held back in 1st grade as they feel he is not ready for 2nd grade level. He struggles in trying to pay attention as from an adults point of view that the subject matter doesn't draw in his atttention or make it interesting to stimulate him. He lives in the Hanover area.
