USMLE Step 1 in Moscow, AR

Dear Dr. Kaasam, Hope you're OK. I'm writing to you about USMLE tutoring. I'm 18 years old, my name is D.. I'm from Moscow. I am a sophomore of MSMU named after I.M. Sechenov. Nevertheless, Step 1 can be passed only after 3 years of studying, I'm willing to start preparing for it beforehand. Is it reasonble in case I've been studying such fundamental subjects as grass anatomy, biology, chemistry for only a month? As far as I know in USA you have to study biology or chemistry or something else before going to medical school. In Russia we just pass exams based on school biology and school chemistry. From now on I know a little bit more already in chemistry, biology, grass anatomy and etc but Step 1 includes much more. From then on does it have sense to start preparing for Step 1 right now? I hope we may even go little step by step, moreover it'll be great English practice for me. Best wishes, Dima
