Hello Sarah, I just upgraded from Photoshop Elements 9 to 12. I have been using PE9 for several years but I have never mastered the whole layering aspect of the program. I am self-employed and work from my home office in Woodbridge (near the 405 and Jeffrey) are you available to offer some hours to bring me up-to-speed on PE12?
