CPA in Hayward, CA

Hello Charleen, I am currently an MBA graduate who has been working as an accounting manager for about 14 years. However, I have never taken the CPA exam and want to get my license. Unfortunately, I landed a good job that i have been working at for 14 years and never had the time to study. Now the accounting is moving to Denver and since I don't plan to move, I will be out of a job. Figure it's time for me to begin studying. Want to see if this is something you can help me with. Also, wanted to get some tutoring on some things that I will need to take to my new position. My job has changed so much that I haven't done real technical accounting in a few years. Im a bit rusty.
