I am looking for a tutor for my son who is a junior @ South Lyon East HS and having difficulty with AP economics. It is the first time he has not received an A or B. You should know he is very reluctant to have a tutor because he is embarrassed. He is a very good student & I feel he is not receiving the correct help from his teacher &/or he is not explaining in a way my son comprehends. Is this the type of student you feel you could help? What is your hourly rate? How many sessions does it typically take to improve understanding of the subject? Do you travel to us or would we travel to you? What is your level of success with students and what is your metric for this?
