Norwegian in Madison, WI

Hello Nathan, I am looking for tutoring in the Norwegian language. However, I live in Los Angeles, and I see that you don't teach online. I'm wondering if you would reconsider as I am a very willing and capable student. I also would want more than one session per week which would be quite lucrative for you. Even if you lived in LA I would want online tutoring as my schedule is restricted by my job. I"m a computer scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena and I the lead operator for the Kalman Earth Orientation Filter that produces coordinate transforms from IERS Earth coordinate frames to other celestial frames used by NASA projects for deep space flight operations. My job requires my availability 7 days a week. I work from home as well as on lab. Therefore, I try to minimize my driving as much as possible. You seem to be quite intelligent person in possession of an impressive body of knowledge. I'm particularly intrigued by your knowledge of Old Norse and I'm wondering if some instruction in that language would help my Norwegian studies. I have just completed the Pimsleur Norwegian (Phase I) and feel confident I could find a bathroom in Norway LOL along with a train, a hotel, a bus, etc. Although you have precluded online sessions, I'm hoping you'll make an exception in my case or, if not, a recommendation for someone you respect who would be willing to take an online student. However, I think you'll find me an delightful student to teach as I am very creative, adaptive, and perspective and have low ego requirements :). Thank you for your condsideration, M. P.
