Adobe Photoshop in Potomac, MD

I have worked with photoshop and indesign for 10+ years in my job as a marketing/graphics tech in a real estate office. I am completely self taught. I am looking for someone proficient in photoshop and other creative suite programs - and also understands color workflow between programs, computers and printers. I work from home and all my equipment is here - I need someone to help me understand how the color workflow operates within my environment.
