CLEP in Philadelphia, PA

Hi, Sarah my name is M. and I live in Philadelphia I went to college in august of 2012 but after one semester I had to come out so now it's been 3 semesters that have passed and I plan on taking about 8-10 clep tests to get back on track I have the study guide for the 2014 clep test but having a bit of trouble retaining all of the information so please email me with your suggestions on when I should start the tutor sessions because I really need to be prepared because the next clep test date is November 15
