ACT Science in Navarre, FL

My son is scheduled to take the ACT in September in Navarre. He took first one a few months ago and scored a 24 and an 8 on writing (with little to no study). I would like to set him up for success by getting a tutor to turn his weaknesses into strengths i.e. math and science... He plays varsity football, so big challenge may be setting a time, but nothing is impossible - right?
