Algebra in Fort Dix, NJ

My college algebra class started today. I thought I would try to go through the lessons and use the internet to learn. Not working. It's a basic college algebra course that is usually 16 weeks, but this one is an 8 week class. I have zero background in algebra and have dropped this class 4 times. I need this credit for my promotion board and I need help badly. I am available nights (5) or anytime on weekends. Thank you.
