Math in Bardstown, KY

We are struggling with how to help my step daughter in 4th grade math. It seems like she gets most of it, but shuts down when it gets hard, we have a week to week custody schedule and I was wondering if we could schedule to do something 2x per week, every other week, or if we could work something out that would be conducive to both our schedules.
