Writing in Fresno, CA

Hello, I am looking for a writing coach. I am a new Graduate student after 14 years since my BS in Health Science. At 53yrs. I have began a new career in Mediation. And Restorative Justice which require a lot of writing analyticall,reflectively, compare/contrast etc. I don't remember the necessary steps. I feel like I'm wasting time reading every book from front to back when other tell me to skim or select. We'll, I never learn either well. I read all-so far 6 books and school just started.
