Reading in CO

Hi, I am the assistant to Antoinette and she is looking for a tutor for her nephew in Colorado Springs. He is in first grade and is a bit behind on his reading skills. She has a few questions she would like me to ask. - How much do they charge per hour? - Do they have military discounts? - Do they assess reading/math levels as a part of their tutoring program? - Where does tutoring take place?
