English for Japanese Speaker in Elmira, NY

Hello, I am emailing on behalf of a student. I work in Elmira NY and I currently have a student from Japan who is struggling in writing and her English skills. I know that your profile lists that you will only travel 2 miles outside Ithaca. However, I have not been able to locate any other native Japanese speaker in the area to assist our student.
