Thermodynamics and in Camano Island, WA

Hi, Michael, I am looking for someone who can help me with certain concepts and approaches to problems in a Master's level statistical physics & thermo course. My son is in such a course, and we discuss the concepts and problem approaches, but I am getting a bit out of my depth on some of the concepts and problem approaches. I have a copy of the textbook (Kardar), but as I don't attend the lectures, I suspect I may be missing something at times. Would like to have someone I could contact by phone or email (not in person) to get guidance -- when and as necessary.
