ACT in Red Bank, NJ

HI, My daughter is taking the ACT on 12/13. She took it once before in April & scored 17 composite. She needs a 22 to get into the school of her choice (ECU). Huntington wants $3400 for 46 hrs of tutoring, She has a 3.5 GPA & is an RBC senior. She has taken the SAT 3 times already & has scored low all 3 times (no higher than 800 combined). Do you think its realistic to think she can improve the 5 points she needs & are you the one to make this happen in a short amount of time? My daughter is very motivated to make this happen, but huntington's fee is more than we can afford. Thank you, M. H.
