Reading in DC

Dear R., I am an attorney at a law firm in DC. I recently represented a pro bono client who lives in DC. She is a single mother of 3, but is completely illiterate. I am looking for someone who could teach her to read. I would pay for the lessons if you would be willing to work with her one on one. The difference this would make in her life would be immeasureable. She could get a job and make a better life for herself and her young daughter who still lives with her.
