Quicken in Los Angeles, CA

hi john... i need help with quicken. i just switched to a macbook platform after using pc's for years. i have never used quicken to it's fullest extent... not even close. l managed to get it linked to my bank but not it won't reflect proper balance etc. i need help for sure... managing checking and savings acct., reconciling checkbook, and linking credit cards. any interest?
