Special Education in Toledo, OH

My wife and I are looking for a tutor for our 10 yr old daughter. Specifically in math and reading. She has a visual spatial learning disability. She was held back in 1st grade by our choice. She is currently in 3rd grade and reading at a 1st grade level. She is struggling with her words and comprehension. She is also beginning to grasp addition, subtraction and multiplication. The school, in my opinion, is moving too fast though. They are teaching other things when she doesn't have the base knowledge to build on.
