Finance in Mckinney, TX

I am currently enrolled in an online Budget and Development Execution course. This in my last course for my Criminal Justice degree and the only finance that I have to take. I feel completely lost in this class. I am in week 2 of 8. Each week consist of a forum, homework assignment and quiz as well as a final exam in week 8. I need some serious help with passing this course and think the only way I'll pass is with a tutor. I work full-time (3p-11P) Thurs-Mon.
